We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.
1. Eligible Products
Only selected items are eligible for return. Items not marked as returnable on the product page are final sale.
2. Return Window
You may request a return between 4 and 10 days from the date of delivery.
3. Conditions for Returns

Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Original invoice must be provided.

Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at istrend.in07@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will review and approve eligible requests, after which you’ll be guided through the pickup or return process.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 7–10 business days.
